What’s not to love about this innovation from Kiverdi (http://www.kiverdi.com/), based on a 1960s astronaut experiment? Their process uses less land, can produce in hours rather than waiting for trees to grow, is cheaper, and can be made to order and scale. Early days, but I hope they get their business model right.
